Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Every set from The Nail Court is thoughtfully handmade to order. Because each piece is created specifically after an order is placed, please review your selections, sizing, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

If The Nail Court is unable to fulfill your order or if circumstances arise that require cancellation or a refund under applicable law, you will be contacted with the available options.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all nail sets are handmade to order, all sales are final.

The Nail Court does not accept:

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind

• Requests to exchange a purchased design for another design, color, shape, or length

Please review all product details and selections carefully before placing your order.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct standard size or providing accurate custom measurements when ordering.

Orders that do not fit due to an incorrectly selected size or measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund, return, exchange, or complimentary remake.

If you need one or more nails remade because the incorrect size was ordered, you may purchase replacements through our Replacement Nail / Sizing Remake option. Pricing may vary depending on the number of replacement nails and the complexity of the original artwork.

If The Nail Court makes an error and creates a nail in a size different from the size or measurements submitted with your order, the affected nail(s) will be corrected at no additional charge.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, contains an incorrect item, or does not match the selections confirmed on your order, please contact The Nail Court within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the affected nail(s), item, and/or packaging when relevant

Once the issue has been reviewed, The Nail Court will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repairing or remaking the affected item, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund when appropriate.

You will never be charged to correct an error made by The Nail Court.

The 7-day reporting period is intended to allow us to investigate order issues promptly and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Requests to change details such as sizing, shape, length, design selections, or other customization should be submitted as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once production has begun.

A request to modify an order does not extend the 24-hour cancellation period.

Final Sale Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by The Nail Court, all handmade and made-to-order products are final sale.

This policy does not apply to mistakes made by The Nail Court, qualifying damaged or defective products, orders The Nail Court is unable to fulfill, or situations in which a refund or cancellation right is required by law.
